If you are interested in purchasing a puppy please call or
email me prior to sending a deposit and check availability on the puppy you are interested in. If the puppy is still available and you plan on placing a deposit for a puppy please fill out
all the information below. You may copy the form below into an email or you may print it and mail it. You can download a
PDF version or a
MSWord version of the purchaser information form. This will insure I have everything I need.
DEPOSIT FOR PUPPIES IS $200
Checks are accepted for DEPOSITS only and NOT for FINAL PAYMENTS.
Final payments can be made by PayPal, postal money order, cash, etc. (If paying through PayPal, please remember to add an additional 3% to the price.)
Puppies must be 8 weeks old to ship.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping fees are required in advance before puppy is shipped. Price for shipping is in addition to the price of the puppy. Health Certificate and crate charges are included in shipping price.
